Welcome to the Withernsea High School Humanities College website.
We became a specialist college in 2005 in recognition of our highly regarded performance of the History and Geography Departments. We are the most easterly secondary school north of the River Humber, but through this website we aim to place ourselves at the centre of the educational community.

Located just 500m from the North Sea we are constantly reminded of the power of natural forces on human communities. It is an exciting context to study geography – from local to international issues; for our students through to the adult learning community.
