Welcome to the Withernsea High School Humanities College website.
We became a specialist college in 2005 in recognition of our highly regarded performance of the History and Geography Departments. We are the most easterly secondary school north of the River Humber, but through this website we aim to place ourselves at the centre of the educational community.

- Holocaust Commemoration Event
Withernsea High School is to be the centre for the East Riding of Yorkshire Holocaust Commemoration Ceremony in January 2013. It will be the first time the school has hosted this moving event and plans are taking shape to involve as many from the school and wider community along with representatives from the East Riding of Yorkshire county. The theme for the day's events is to be 'Building Bridges'.
